Do you offer meeting or event spaces?
Yes, we offer refined meeting and event spaces designed specifically to accommodate small-to-medium-sized corporate groups, social gatherings, and intimate wedding events.
Do you offer free printing or workspace options?
Yes, we provide standard document printing free of charge at the front desk, though oversized printing jobs may incur a case-by-case fee. You are welcome to work remotely in our lobby or outdoor terrace spaces, and you can rent private meeting rooms by contacting the front desk.
Is there a business center available for guest use?
Yes, we provide a dedicated, accessible business area equipped with computing services for your use. This space complements our complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi network available throughout our entire property.
What is the maximum capacity for each event space?
Our private event spaces can accommodate group sizes ranging from 12 to 84 total guests, depending strictly on the specific room chosen and your preferred seating layout.
What types of events can be hosted at the hotel?
We regularly host corporate meetings, social celebrations, small weddings, group room blocks, and full hotel buyouts. For more information, please submit a Request for Proposal.
Is catering required through the hotel, and what options are available?
Yes, all events hosted at our hotel must utilize our internal catering services. Our curated event menus feature complete breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections, alongside specialized breakout snacks, non-alcoholic beverage packages, and full bar services.
What audiovisual equipment is included, and what is available at an additional cost?
We include high-speed Wi-Fi complimentary for all events. For an additional rental fee, we provide flat-screen televisions, wireless microphones, speakerphones, flip charts, a podium, and an Owl Web Camera for virtual connectivity.
What is the deposit structure and final payment timeline?
Following the conclusion and departure of your event group, we will issue a comprehensive final invoice. Full payment of all outstanding event charges is required within thirty (30) days of receiving this final statement.
Can outside vendors be used, and what restrictions or approval processes apply?
Yes, you may utilize outside vendors for your event if necessary. You must fully coordinate and approve all external vendors through our internal Sales Department prior to your event date.
Are outdoor event spaces available?
Yes, we offer an outdoor terrace space that can be rented partially or fully in conjunction with our indoor meeting rooms. Due to local municipal guidelines, all outdoor events must conclude audio by the 10:00 PM noise ordinance.
What internet and technology capabilities are available for meetings and events, including support for hybrid or virtual setups?
We provide high-speed internet access suitable for streaming. For hybrid or virtual meetings, you can rent our specialized Owl Web Camera, which captures comprehensive room audio and video.
