What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out? Is there a fee?
We offer early check-in free of charge, subject to availability on your day of arrival. Late check-out is also subject to availability and incurs a flat fee of $175 for up to 2 hours past our standard 12:00 PM check-out time.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 3 days before 4:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date without penalty. Cancellations or modifications made within this 3-day window will result in a charge equal to the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
Is the front desk staffed 24 hours a day?
Yes, we feature a 24-hour front desk and concierge team available to assist you at any time of day or night.
Are you an adults-only hotel?
No, we are a kid-friendly hotel! However, we require the primary guest booking the reservation and checking into the room to be at least 21 years of age, and a legal guardian must accompany all guests under 21.
What is the minimum age to check in?
You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation and check into our hotel. Any guests staying in the room who are under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Is parking available at the hotel?
We offer valet parking at our Linguard Street entrance for $46 per night for regular vehicles and $56 per night for electric vehicles, including unlimited in-and-out privileges. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles, RVs, or large trucks. Because our on-site space is limited, please contact our concierge team in advance if you plan to bring more than one vehicle per room; additional vehicles are subject to availability and will incur an extra fee. Alternative self-parking is available independently at the public parking garage on the corner of Cumberland and Church Streets.
What type of experience can I expect at your boutique property?
We focus entirely on providing a quiet, intimate retreat centered around personalized service and inclusive guest amenities. Our smaller footprint allows us to maintain a peaceful environment free from the noise and crowds of larger resorts. Instead of sprawling public venues, we invest our attention into high-touch care, including our 24-hour concierge service, complimentary daily European-style breakfast, and evening wine and cheese receptions.

Is airport transportation or shuttle service available?
No, we do not operate a dedicated airport shuttle. Our concierge team can arrange third-party private car services or traditional taxis for your transportation needs to and from Charleston International Airport, with pricing varying based on the service selected.
Do you have EV charging stations?
Yes, we provide universal and Tesla electric vehicle charging options for registered overnight guests utilizing our valet parking services.
What safety measures or security features does the hotel have?
To ensure your safety, we require electronic key card verification to access all guest room floors via the elevators, as well as secure key card access to enter the main building after standard hours.
Is Uber/Lyft available in Charleston?
Yes, Uber and Lyft operate throughout our area and can be easily utilized for travel to and from the airport or our property. For early morning flights or high-demand travel times, we recommend arranging a rideshare or taxi service in advance to ensure availability.
Are there any additional resort or facility fees?
No, we do not charge hidden resort fees or mandatory facility fees. All room charges, standard taxes, and optional incidental choices are clearly itemized on your bill at check-out.
Do you have a smoking policy?
We are a strictly 100% smoke-free facility. Smoking anywhere inside our building or within designated non-smoking common spaces will result in a standard $250 cleaning fine applied to your account.
Is there a concierge or guest services desk?
Yes, we feature a fully staffed, dedicated concierge desk on-site to assist you with local reservations, tours, transit coordination, and personalized itinerary planning.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, we provide complimentary luggage storage. If your room is not ready upon arrival, or if you wish to explore Charleston for the day after your 12:00 PM check-out, our front desk team will securely hold your bags.
